Board Meeting

This post is to let the members know that there will be a Board meeting on Feb. 24, 2014 at 1:00pm.  The location is Rich Kelley's place.  Agenda is:  1) CCR 6.4 present to lawyer and record with county, 2) disposition of the Feb.1st ballots, 3) disposition of grader ballots and 4) disposition of the grader.

Special Members Meeting

There will be a Special Members Meeting on March 5, 2014 at the Valley Telecom building, 752 E. Maley, Willcox, AZ.  Meeting to start at 1:00pm.  Agenda is the ballot count for the runoff election, for the Board of Directors.
