Special Members Meeting

The Association will hold a Special Members Meeting on November 9, 2013.  The purpose of this meeting is two fold, first to introduce the candidates for the Board of Directors and allow you to ask them questions about their intentions. Secondly, after the question and answer period we will call for all ballots. The ballots which are handed in at that time, as well as the mailed in ballots, will be counted. The results will be announced and the new Board of Directors will be formed. The meeting will be held at the Valley Telecom meeting room in Willcox starting at 1:00pm.  All members have been sent a ballot with an explanatory letter.
